In 2022, the Fontana Unified School District (FUSD) was selected by the Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) to collaborate and share programs and opportunities offered in the district with other school districts throughout California. Over the last six years, Family and Community Engagement (FACE) has continued to evolve and provide various resources and programs that support our students and families. FACE fosters a school community that promotes education and is engaged and empowered to share the responsibility of creating thriving schools where every child succeeds. Family and community involvement is critical to a child’s success.

FACE provides opportunities and resources that inform and equip FUSD families by creating partnerships with local businesses, non-profit and faith-based organizations, and community service agencies. Our goal is to connect our schools and families, ensuring all students succeed in FUSD. FACE emphasizes building relationships with our parents/guardians and schools by providing learning opportunities and programs supporting our students throughout the year.
