EQUITY CONCERN
Access to internet has been a challenge in our community. During the COVID 19 pandemic, our district has provided over 600 hotspots to households in order for students to access online curriculum and instruction. However, the local community also includes rural farms where hotspots have been spotty.
The equitable access to high speed internet has been a challenge, and one that will not go away unless an infrastructure can be jointly built.

STRATEGY
Working with local vendors has been a struggle. Our technology department continues to seek out funding and potential partners in creating a local infrastructure that would bring high speed internet access directly to the homes of students.

PARTNER
We are attempting to work with Comcast, however, other vendors are now contacting us to measure efforts
